PLT SYSTEM APPLICATION

Light Up To Live is dedicated to helping members of our armed forces on their road to recovery. We are proud to partner with charities, Veterans, and active-duty members of the military to provide complimentary polychromatic light systems. These systems are used to help reduce chronic pain and increase blood circulation to injured tissues. If you would like to apply for a complimentary system, please fill out the following form. Please note, as part of the process, you will be required to provide proof of service documentation. Upon receipt of your form, a member of our team will contact you to complete the submission process. We thank you for your service and for reaching out to the Light Up To Live Foundation.

LIGHT UP TO LIVE

Light Up To Live Foundation provides polychromatic light therapy systems and highly trained service dogs to members of the U.S. Armed Forces and Veterans living with the effects of Post-Traumatic Stress, TBI, pain, and depression. FUNDS RAISED DIRECTLY SUPPORT:

  • Polychromatic LED Light Therapy Systems are donated for personal use by Veterans who can use the systems at home or away from their physical therapy center.
  • Funding of Service Dogs trained specifically for use by Veterans living with Post-Traumatic Stress, TBI and physical injuries to enhance their daily adaptive living needs.
